The short answer
Why did the total budget change?
These categories explain the complete change. “Your share” translates each annual change into an estimated monthly effect for your unit.
How the unit amount is calculated: The Association uses each unit type’s exact square footage divided by all 217,820 declared square feet, not the rounded ownership percentage. Section 6.1 of the Declaration lists the square footage and rounded percentage for each unit type. Section 10.12(B) lists the original monthly assessment amounts by unit type. Those amounts are proportional to the actual square footage listed in Section 6.1.
